We offer a free market appraisal available Monday to Saturday, taking into account current market climate, comparable evidence, and historic market data.
Preparing Your Property
Present your property at its best to maximise potential return. Prior to marketing, we'll require:
- Valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Signed Terms of Business
- Proof of identification (passport or photo driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, council tax bill, or bank statement)
Marketing & Viewings
- Professional photographs and floor plans
- Listing on our website and major property portals
- For Sale board and office window display
- Property match to our database of registered applicants
- Accompanied viewings Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm, Saturday 10am-4pm
Offers & Legal Process
We notify you of all offers both verbally and in writing. Once you accept an offer:
- Your solicitor will send a draft contract to the purchaser's solicitor
- The purchaser's solicitor will carry out searches and preliminary enquiries
- Once approved, contracts are exchanged with a completion date agreed
- On completion, funds are transferred and keys are released
