Our team are available between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday thru Friday and their contact details are:

Messages and emails received outside of our working hours will be responded to the next working day where possible.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:
In the event of a gas leak please call National Grid on 0800 111 999.

Should you have a total loss of power please contact UK Power Networks on 0800 028 0247.

Should your water supply be interrupted please call Thames Water on 0800 316 9800.

If you have suffered from a break in call 101 or contact your local police station. They will record the crime number for insurance purposes and will also be able to help organise an emergency locksmith.

If Blakestanley are the managing agents for your property and you have a genuine out of hours emergency, please contact our out of hours contractors:
London Property Services - 0207 186 0270 - Quoting your property address, name and Blakestanley as the Agents.

Please note only the below issues are classed as an emergency:

  • Blocked or totally unusable WC if only one in dwelling
  • Breakdown of dwelling security
  • Heating system breakdown
  • No hot water supply
  • Flooding and serious water penetration

If they attend and the issue is not classed as an emergency, you will be liable for the cost of the call out.

If your issue is not classed as an "emergency" you should wait until office hours to report the issue.
